Responsibilities
Diagnose issues based on experience, analysis, and testing.
Maintain the highest level of training possible.
Keep vehicles clean while performing service or repairs.
Ensure required documentation is complete and complies with regulations and standards.
Help maintain shop appearance and safety standards, ensuring efficient shop operation through inventory stocking and other general functions.
Follow all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Dealer‑level or large‑facility experience as a Master Certified Technician.
High level of mechanical/electrical automotive knowledge.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Professional and dependable with a safety and customer‑service orientation.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Outstanding communication skills.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
Entry Level Technician Entry level Techs may have work experience.
