PMO Manager for North America (NAM) at BIOVIA , you will lead by example to drive a high-performing professional services team, ensuring the successful delivery of complex software projects. You will play a key role in executing our operational strategy, supporting sales growth, achieving predictable P&L results, delivering high-value customer outcomes, and leading the continuous improvement of our project delivery practice. This is a leadership role for a proactive, results-driven individual who is passionate about developing people, managing projects, and scaling service excellence. Lead the PMO with Purpose and Accountability Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to the project management team, setting the standard for execution, communication, and customer engagement. Define and implement a strategic operational plan to meet and exceed Services business objectives (revenue, margin, quality, customer satisfaction). Champion project management excellence across the organization, reinforcing best practices, governance, and a culture of continuous improvement. Drive Business Value and Execution Excellence Oversee the successful execution of Dassault Systèmes BIOVIA software projects—ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets are consistently met. Manage project risk, escalation, and mitigation strategies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with Sales to define winning strategies for key accounts and executive relationships. Strategic Resource & Partner Management Assess current and future staffing needs based on pipeline analysis; define strategies for hiring, upskilling, subcontracting, and partnerships. Own the subcontracting strategy—building relationships that expand capacity while maintaining high delivery quality. Participate in the order review board for opportunity evaluation and approvals at local or global levels. Enable Long-Term Value and Innovation Advocate for out-of-the-box deployment strategies that protect long-term software value and reinforce Dassault Systèmes' industry leadership. Support talent development by driving onboarding, certification, mentorship, and leadership development programs. Salary range: $122,000 – $175,000, based on experience, including base salary and target bonus.
