Position reports to: Chapter Leader - Business Process Management
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all opportunity to remittance and post-sale service tool development efforts between the respective functions involved in the opportunity to remittance process, including: Marketing & Sales, Global Product Management, IT, Supply Chain and Finance across the Electrification Business Units. You will also lead projects for the development of global opportunity to remittance & post sale service web-based tools.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Collaborate closely with business users and development team to establish clear developments plan and testable acceptance criteria, ensuring seamless alignment.
Work together with developers and IS project managers to estimate and monitor development effort, encompassing capacity, status, and velocity, across planned developments and releases.
Assisting in driving the sales performance of specific e-commerce platforms.
Supporting the insights on customer shopping trends with evidence/data to support further implementation of e-commerce strategies with higher effectiveness and to increase the e-commerce customer base.
Job Qualifications:
BS in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or business.
3+ years experience in quotation, application, project management, or product development
3+ years Ecommerce experience is preferred
Process knowledge in the area of inquiry, quotation, order, and post sales service.
SAP/Salesforce experience is preferred
