What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies, optimizing growth potential

Influence agents to quote and sell the employer's products to customers, executing sales strategies

Complete strategic plans for agency assignments to identify opportunities and develop tactics

Maintain strong communication with agency assignments, driving results through regular contact

Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall sales objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 3 years of professional and influential work experience

Strong knowledge of Personal Insurance products

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to analyze and influence agency behavior effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree preferred

Industry experience preferred, but not required

Ability to multitask and drive results with a large span of control

Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external customers

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new programs
