What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the US commercial team to maximize market share and profitability of the product portfolio
Develop and execute the USA sales strategy aligned with the global marketing plan
Facilitate alignment between US sales and marketing activities with the strategic business plan
Introduce new products to key accounts, KOLs, and academic facilities
Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of commercial/sales experience in the retina sector
Proven track record of increasing market share and revenue in product groups
Strong negotiation and leadership skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Technical/professional qualifications: Bachelor's degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with retina surgical KOLs and key accounts
Ability to work autonomously with direction from US & European leadership teams
Knowledge of ZEISS and DORC surgical portfolio
Conversational fluency in CDM, REF, and Digital ZEISS and DORC workflows
Strong sales and clinical retina background
