Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Qualifications
