Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Center Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Head Start centers and ensure that local, state, and federal childcare requirements are met. The supervisor communicates with parents and the community, and supervises and monitors all Head Start staff at the assigned center(s). Base pay
$24.00/hr - $25.00/hr Pay by Education
AA/BA: $25/hr Credential: $24/hr Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day activities of Head Start centers. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal childcare requirements. Communicate with parents and the community. Supervise and monitor all Head Start staff at the assigned center(s). Qualifications
Current CDA credential with at least two years of experience working with young children and families. Ability to meet the state requirements for “site director.” Associate degree or higher in early childhood education, child development, or related field; experience with young children preferred. One year of supervisory experience preferred. Previous Head Start/Early Head Start experience preferred. Applicant must meet state licensing requirements. Benefits
