We are seeking a

Full-Charge Bookkeeper

to join our team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly proactive, and capable of keeping track of open items, tasks, and team communications without letting anything slip through the cracks.

Must be able to work 9am - 5:30pm PST. Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping: Handle all bookkeeping functions, including

posting and reconciling

bank and credit card transactions. Maintain

Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) , ensuring accurate tracking and timely payments/collections. Review

Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet

reports, identifying discrepancies and ensuring financial accuracy. Manage

month-end and year-end close processes , including journal entries and reconciliations. Project & Task Management: Oversee and track daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and administrative tasks. Communicate effectively in Slack

to manage open items, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure nothing is overlooked. Utilize

Canvas Docs

and other tools to document notes, track progress, and maintain clear records. Support the business owner in

managing multiple teams and projects , ensuring alignment and accountability. Administrative & Communication Support: Prepare email correspondence for review and handle communication related to financial matters. Ensure timely responses and follow-ups across email, Slack, and other communication channels. Assist in developing streamlined processes to improve efficiency in bookkeeping and project management. Requirements

Proven experience

as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper or similar high-level accounting role, at least four years experience Expertise in QuickBooks

(Online/Desktop) and

Google Sheets

for financial tracking and reporting. Strong

project management and organizational skills , with a track record of handling multiple priorities. Highly

detail-oriented

and proactive in managing tasks and following up on open items. Tech-savvy , comfortable using various apps and platforms to manage accounting and workflow. Excellent

written and verbal communication

skills for professional correspondence. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams. Pay Range: $22 - 28.00/hour This pay range is intended to cover roles based across the United States. An individual's base pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant.
