Our client, a wealth management firm, is looking for a Wealth Planner to join their team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you’ll manage complex financial planning needs for high-net-worth individuals and families, working closely with the firm's founder and client service team. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical professional with a Certified Financial Planner designation (or near completion) and thrives in a fast-paced environment with high expectations for precision, professionalism, and adaptability. This is a unique opportunity to step into a client-facing planning role with exposure to advanced planning topics including estate, tax, and legacy planning. Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth financial assessments for high-net-worth clients Develop advanced financial plans aligned with client goals and values Handle onboarding, review prep, and client meeting execution Support client service activities including RMDs, QCDs, and 529 plans Coordinate with attorneys, CPAs, and investment bankers as needed Execute trades and monitor client portfolios for optimization opportunities Maintain accurate CRM documentation and task completion Participate in internal planning and investment strategy meetings Assist with special projects, system improvements, and team collaboration Step in on general office needs to support team cohesion Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required Certified Financial Planner designation or near completion required Knowledge of public accounting principles and tax planning required Knowledge of investment management principles and portfolio diversification strategies required Proficiency with financial planning software (Morningstar YCharts, Emoney) & MS Office required
