Essential Functions

Receive and record vouchers, cash, and checks.

Enter debits and credits into software applications and databases accurately.

Produce a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets.

Check for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings.

Use bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and software daily.

Reconcile and report any discrepancies found in the records.

Other duties as assigned.

Role Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent

1-2 years accounting experience

Integrity – information should be used appropriately and kept confidential.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and bookkeeping software
