JOB SUMMARY As a Front of House Concierge, you'll be the first experience our clients have at Relive Health Coral Gables, managing patient experience from check-in to check-out. You'll maintain high standards of professionalism while coordinating patient care, scheduling, and clinic operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide exceptional patient experience through professional greeting and communication
Manage appointment scheduling to optimize provider time and patient satisfaction
Maintain accurate patient records and process payments
Coordinate with medical team for smooth patient flow
Handle inventory management and supply orderingEnsure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Utilize practice management software effectively
Assist with patient inquiries and follow‑up
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience required
Medical office experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Clear background check
