Overview
Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions. MMA combines the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of Marsh McLennan. We’re seeking a Private Client Advisor to join the Client Advisory team to deliver tailored risk management solutions and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
Dive into client exposures, loss experiences, and current coverages to recommend the best products and services for client needs. Present clients with accurate market data from reliable sources and help them navigate complex risks with confidence. Provide proactive day-to-day client service, anticipate client needs, and address questions or issues in person, over the phone, or via email. Gather information about risk management needs and financial loss tolerance; evaluate and propose a variety of solutions to manage risks effectively. Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients and conduct annual Client Advisory reviews. Measure success through client retention, exceptional service, and new business development via referrals and expanded client programs. Negotiate with multiple insurance carriers to offer comprehensive coverage options while ensuring compliance with industry laws and regulations. Qualifications
2+ years’ personal lines insurance experience with High Net Worth clientele Property & Casualty (P&C) License Client service orientation with balance on managing expectations Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed Preferred qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Professional designations a plus (e.g., CPCU, CIC, CPRIA) Previous experience with luxury carriers (e.g., AIG, Chubb, PURE) Valued Benefits

The applicable base salary range for this role is $51,300 to $95,600. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We offer a competitive total rewards package including health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings, and other retirement programs.
