About the role

If you are motivated by commissions or bonuses that can be earned by simply gaining the confidence of customers to sign them up for assistance, then our Sales Intake Specialist role is the position for you! Top performers earn $2700, on average, in monthly incentives!

What you’ll do

Receives incoming calls and conducts outgoing calls to potential customers with the goal of assessing eligibility, educating them about the advantages of utilizing Allsup’s services and signing them up to work with Allsup

Demonstrates tact and diplomacy in handling problem solving situations.

Manages conversations to focus on answering questions, resolving concerns and achieving a high level of claimant satisfaction.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree preferred

1-2 years of sales or customer service experience

Ability to learn, retain, and apply information in a fast-paced environment

Must have friendly, customer centric personality, focused on creating a positive experience through sales, education, and relationship building techniques

Highly motivated and target driven

Excellent grammar, spelling, oral, and written professional communication skills

Must be flexible, adaptive and responsive to change

Must possess strong problem solving and organizational abilities

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and screens simultaneously
