Document customer interactions accurately for follow-up and service enhancement. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience and service practices. Participate in professional development sessions to further enhance your skills and knowledge. Qualifications
Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Please state your native language and nationality. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills. A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude. Eager to create memorable customer experiences and contribute to our team's success!
