What you'll do:
Root cause technical issues related to electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical power
Oversee testing and data analysis of new equipment
Visit OEM manufacturers and trade shows to stay ahead of new technologies and equipment
Visit Sensient AG operations and become proficient with existing technology and processes
Work with Finance and Group Engineering to lead Capital Projects
Work alongside Group Engineering regarding parts tracking and cataloging
Provide training and guidance to field and research team with implementation of new equipment and processes as well as support new hires with understanding current processes.
Create, streamline, and work alongside maintenance team regarding PM scheduling and maintenance.
What you'll bring:
Skillful knowledge in 2D and 3D parts assembly modeling and an understanding of CANbus systems, with knowledge in IQAN preferred.
Able to comprehend and design wiring diagrams (DC), hydraulic schematics, isometric drawings, as well as program operating systems.
Capable of leading a team in R/D projects and testing.
Ability to create and understand a Gantt chart.
Bachelor’s degree (B.S) in Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Systems Management, or related degree from an A.B.E.T accredited program.
Minimum 5 years experience in agricultural engineering or related field.
EIT certification or PE license preferred

These ingredients are used in many of today's popular convenience foods. The Natural Ingredients unit is located in Livingston, California.
The salary range for this position is $97,000 - $130,000. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions. In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well‑being of employees and families.
