Job Summary We are seeking a Fund Development Coordinator to join our team and support our fundraising efforts. The Fund Development Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in planning and executing fundraising campaigns, maintaining donor relationships, researching funding opportunities, and coordinating fundraising events.
Salary Range $64,714 - $70,350 based on experience and skillset

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or
3 - 5 years of experience in development, program coordination, project management, event planning, marketing, or communications
Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Proficiency in using fundraising software and tools
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
Knowledge of fundraising best practices and trends
Must possess a valid driver’s license as well as pass a background check including driving record upon offer of employment. A reliable mode of transportation is required.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing fundraising strategies and campaigns
Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors and funding organizations
Research and identify potential funding sources and grant opportunities
Coordinate fundraising events and activities
Prepare fundraising materials, grant proposals, and reports
Track and report on fundraising progress and outcomes
Collaborate with the team to meet fundraising goals and objectives
Stay informed about fundraising trends and best practices to enhance fundraising efforts
Support marketing efforts to increase awareness, donor engagement, and community support such as:
Develop and share stories of residents, staff, and community impact to highlight PCH’s mission and values through newsletters, website, social media, and donor communications.
Create and distribute marketing materials including newsletters, flyers, invitations, event programs, and annual reports.
Manage digital presence by updating the PCH website and social media platforms with timely and engaging content.
Draft and distribute press releases and cultivate relationships with local media outlets to promote PCH events and initiatives.
Support event marketing for fundraising and community events (e.g., Golf Tournament, Mid‑Autumn Moon Festival, 130th Anniversary Campaign), including creation of sponsorship packets, event signage, and donor recognition materials.
Coordinate donor recognition efforts including thank‑you letters, certificates, recognition gifts, and donor features in marketing channels.
Collaborate with Human Resources to design recruitment and retention materials that promote PCH as an employer of choice.
Capture event photos, testimonials, and success stories for ongoing use in fundraising and marketing campaigns.
Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and design across all communications and promotional efforts.
