Job Summary
Luxury bath fixtures and durable goods leader seeks experienced B2B Sales Manager to expand footprint across retail, e-commerce, hospitality, and public‑sector channels. Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
Drive new business using established industry network.
Manage and grow accounts with retailers, showrooms, distributors, and online platforms.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, promotions, and program terms.
Submit bid proposals for hospitality, healthcare, and public‑sector projects.
Represent the brand at tradeshows, client meetings, and industry events.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales experience in bath, plumbing, or durable goods.
Proven success selling walk‑in tubs, whirlpool tubs, faucets, vanities, or similar products.
Strong network with retailers, showrooms, and distributors (e.g., Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair, Ferguson).
Experience in hospitality or government sales and public bid processes.
Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (Acumatica preferred).
Experience with eCommerce and omnichannel B2B sales.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Compensation Base salary + commission on new accounts. Opportunity to grow earnings through performance and business development.
