What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles in corporate, professional, and manufacturing functions

Manage a dynamic requisition load of 20-30 roles simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality candidate experience

Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community engagement initiatives

Develop and deliver data-driven talent insights to support HR and business leaders

Collaborate on HR initiatives such as onboarding, workforce development, and DE&I goals

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical, IT, or high-volume manufacturing environments

Proven ability to manage 20-30 active requisitions across multiple disciplines

Strong understanding of compliance, reporting, metrics, and data-driven recruiting practices

Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and consultative skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience recruiting for design engineers, automotive, engineering, or skilled trades talent

Known as a dedicated collaborator who thrives in team environments

Proven ability to act as an influencer and trusted partner to hiring leaders

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
