What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling techniques Promote loyalty programs and educate customers about available offerings Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center Handle customer interactions and potential issues/returns courteously and professionally
Support various areas such as the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Customer-focused service mentality both on and off the sales floor Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
