Our Organization and Mission The Office represents the State of Florida in state and federal civil and criminal courts, from trial courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Pay $44,152.38 Annually
Position Summary This position is in the Advocancy & Grants Unit within the Division of Victim Services.
Qualifications
Four (4) years of administrative experience in the areas of accounting, banking, accounts receivable, payroll processing or other related fields; or
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
The Work You Will Do
Prepare technical review of grant applications to ensure compliance with the grant program.
Conduct on-site monitoring, desk audits and reviews for program compliance and prepare reports of findings and corrective action needed.
Review and recommend for approval change requests and invoices submitted by subgrantees.
Provide technical assistance to subgrantees on program requirements.
Monitor budget, expenditure and reporting requirements of subgrantees.
Assist in the development and implementation of grant management, including budget, expenditure, report and correspondence requirements of the grant program.
Prepare periodic progress and evaluation reports on grant activities.
Complete special assignments and perform related duties as assigned.
NOTE: This position may require extended hours and/or travel outside of the worksite.
