EPAM is seeking a talented

Senior Experience Designer

to join our dynamic design team working with a well-known financial services client.

In this role, you'll create exceptional digital experiences that differentiate our client's brand while contributing to our global design community. You'll work on strategic initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape the visual identity of industry-leading financial digital products.

Responsibilities

Lead concept design work for strategic initiatives and create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, workflows, and other UX/UI deliverables for our financial services client

Produce beautiful, brand differentiating design in every form: design comps, prototypes, storyboards, data visualizations, and more

Work closely with design, product, software engineering, marketing and business stakeholders to extract requirements and envision solutions & future enhancements

Apply and champion user-centered design best practices, balancing brand and user needs with business goals and technology capabilities in the financial services space

Contribute to experience design and delivery through collaboration on research and usability testing activities

Present design work to internal teams as well as clients with confidence and clarity

Build and manage design systems across projects and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency

Requirements

5+ years of experience creating visual and experience design for the digital space with BFA/BS/BA in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing or closely related field

Strong portfolio that demonstrates the depth and breadth of design skills and strong conceptual thinking with ability to work independently

Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively with teams and a knack for gathering, interpreting, and addressing feedback effectively

Solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation for complex digital products

Advanced knowledge of relevant industry tools including but not limited to Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to interface with clients on a regular basis and maintain attention to detail

Experience with user research and motion design is a plus, along with a drive to define the look and feel of large, industry-leading sites

This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $80,000 - $140,000. In addition, the details highlighted in this job posting above are a general description of all other expected benefits and compensation for the position.
