The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.As a SFA Officer the position requires to leverage various sales technology and RTM knowledge along with Ferrero business processes to drive best practices and support existing stakeholders (Distributors, Distributor officer and Sales and Commercial Team) that will help Sales Growth for Ferrero India.* Help & Support Sales Team on Pre-Rollout Planning of DMS & SFA* Responsible for managing DMS master data team* Customize DMS as per business requirements and provide solutions in case master data issue* Execute Salesforce Automation process for India business* DMS Rollouts as per business requirements.* Sustenance & Support of Existing DMS users* Proposing Simplified and Adaptable Solutions while understanding business priorities* Ensuring Support for solutions being rolled out* Overall 5+ years of experience* Minimum 4+ years involved in DMS & Sales Automation initiatives* Understanding of sales systems and processes of FMCG industry* Ability to handle multiple priorities* Should have worked in a technology enabled sales environment* Good Knowledge on Distributor Models in India##### 1.
