Must Have Skills
Demonstrated experience engineering RAG pipelines and building chatbot applications using LLMs
Familiarity with semantic search and embedding models, including OpenSearch and FAISS.
Hands‑on experience with MLOps practices, including model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
Proficiency with AWS services including SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, EKS, and Step Functions
Software engineering experience, with a strong focus on Python or GoLang
Nice To Have Skills
Awareness of data privacy and compliance best practices (e.g., secure model deployment, PII handling)
Experience with AWS Step Functions for orchestrating AI workflows
Hands‑on experience fine‑tuning large language models for domain‑specific tasks
Strong understanding of text preprocessing techniques in NLP pipelines
What You’ll Do We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled AI Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software development and hands‑on experience designing and building agentic workflows. Duties and Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows and autonomous systems
Develop and integrate AI models into production‑grade applications
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI‑driven solutions
Implement orchestration logic for multi‑agent systems and task automation
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in support of AI initiatives
Monitor and optimize the performance of AI systems in production
Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures
Requirements and Qualifications
Strong software development skills with proficiency in Python or similar languages
Practical prompt engineering & prompt lifecycle management (versioning, regression testing)
Experience designing and building agentic workflows or multi‑agent systems
Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering
Hands‑on experience with cloud platform AWS
Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and system integration
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have (Differentiators) AWS & Platform:
Bedrock Knowledge Bases, Agents, Guardrails early adoption / integration patterns
Amazon Q or similar copilots in internal tooling contexts
Hybrid retrieval (BM25 + vector fusion, rerankers) or experimentation with multi‑vector approaches
