You will work on micro grid installations (solar, battery, generators), energy efficiency measures (MEP systems, lighting, building automation), and carbon reduction strategies to help commercial and industrial clients become more sustainable, cost-effective, and efficient.
This role involves managing multiple projects from inception to post-construction, including design, contract negotiations, and implementation. The ideal candidate has experience supervising various construction scopes and collaborating with building owners, subcontractors, and project teams.
Responsibilities include:
Managing projects across all phases, from development to post-construction.
Supervising diverse energy construction projects, including micro grids and power generation.
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications include:
7+ years of engineering experience in complex energy projects.
Experience in solar energy construction.
Preferred: State PE license and OSHA 10 certification.
Strong technical communication skills.
Financial analysis and project budgeting experience.
Negotiation skills to protect company interests while maintaining good relationships.
Ability to prepare detailed reports and align project scopes.
Capability to develop and execute project schedules.
Attention to accuracy and thoroughness in documentation.
Understanding of engineering work and construction methods.
