What you’ll do
Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety. Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation. Identify customer or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others when needed to determine corrective action or provide recommendations. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback, teaching, and coaching. Build high‑performing teams that embrace diversity, foster a sense of belonging, and create opportunities for all associates to thrive. Build strong and trusting relationships, communicate with impact, energy, and positivity, and actively attract and retain top talent. Act with integrity, maintain the highest standards of ethics and compliance, and support Walmart’s regenerative culture. Serve customers and members by delivering results, putting the customer first, applying the EDLP/EDLC business models, and making decisions grounded in data insights.
Compensation and Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 – $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location and stock options.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year’s supervisory experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field, OR 1 year’s Walmart Logistics Management experience, OR 2 years’ Walmart Logistics experience, OR 2 years’ supervisory experience.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
