This is a wonderful opportunity at our practice close to the Naval Academy, with a beautiful quaint community, hometown feel.

Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator Schedule:

Monday through Wednesday 7:45am -5:00pm, 60 minute lunch break

Responsibilities

Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies

Establishing trusting relationship with new patients

Tracking pending and incomplete treatments

Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies

Presenting treatment plans

Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services

Appointment scheduling

Requesting records

Patient follow ups

Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance

Qualifications

High school diploma required

2 or more years dental front office experience

Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs

Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

Ability to collaborate with a team
