Position Summary
The role involves content teachbacks and co‑facilitation of training content for Driver Trainees with senior leaders, providing feedback to participants in the Driver Trainee program, and collaborating with Fleet Development leadership and the Regional Training Center team. What You’ll Do
Engage in content teachbacks and co‑facilitate training content for Driver Trainees with senior leaders. Provide feedback to participants in the Driver Trainee program. Conduct facilitation audits for all Fleet Development roles. Conduct "One Best Way" consistency tours in Regional Training Centers with leadership to provide risk assessments. Ensure "One Best Way" compliance in Regional Training Centers and alignment with Fleet Development class content. Participate in Fleet Development content development and reviews, offering feedback and suggestions to the Learning Content Development team. Conduct assessment reviews in partnership with the Learning Content Development team to validate the accuracy of Fleet Development content. Support the adoption of structural and change initiatives by engaging with associates within Regional Training Centers and catchments. Educate Driver Trainees on change initiatives through classroom and virtual facilitation training. Assist Regional Training Centers outside of class delivery times by assisting in executing processes and teaching tours. Conduct training classes according to block schedules, executing activities as designed. Monitor virtual reality training utilization and end‑of‑day activities across multiple Fleet Development locations, including virtual areas. Stay informed on changes in "One Best Way" processes by working with associates and leaders within Regional Training Centers. Deliver training to Regional Training Center associates by leveraging different modalities (e.g., Academy Connect, Virtual Reality, future technology). Implement and support training for specialty and change initiatives. Engage with Fleet Development Trainers throughout assigned areas, providing additional training and following up on task completion. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, and mentoring. Assign duties that recognize and ensure a belonging mindset in the workplace. Demonstrate up‑to‑date expertise and apply it to development execution, providing expert advice and guidance to others. Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying needs, and carrying out necessary processes. Model compliance with company policies, procedures, and mission values, supporting business plans, and demonstrating integrity. Promote a culture of respect, collaboration, talent attraction, and customer focus while acting with integrity and serving customers and members. Minimum Qualifications
Option 1: Current holder of an interstate (Class A) Commercial Driver’s License with Hazmat endorsement (including cleared background check) or will obtain Hazmat endorsement (with cleared background check) within 120 calendar days of hire. 3 years’ experience working in a full‑time Class A tractor‑trailer driving position in the previous 7 years. No more than 2 moving violations while operating a personal or commercial motor vehicle in the last 3 years. No serious traffic violations while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years. No convictions for a DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol/drugs within the last 10 years. No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years (as determined by Walmart based on the ATA Guidelines). No preventable DOT recordable accidents (collisions resulting in disabling damage and/or immediate medical treatment away from the scene) while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last 10 years (as determined by Walmart based on the ATA Guidelines). No preventable accident resulting in a fatality or catastrophic injury in driving history (commercial motor vehicle) (as determined by Walmart based on the ATA Guidelines). Preferred Qualifications
250,000 miles over‑the‑road tractor/trailer experience. An over‑the‑road tractor/trailer driver with no moving violations in the last 3 years. Training or facilitation experience. Primary Location

The annual salary range for this position is $73,500.00 – $106,500.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Other compensation may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location and stock options. Benefits
