Redding, California Assignment:
13 Weeks (with possible extension)

in Redding — known as the “Trail Capital of California.” Enjoy breathtaking outdoor adventures, from hiking and kayaking to exploring Shasta Lake and Lassen Volcanic National Park, all while working in a rewarding therapy setting.
Position Summary: Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.
Responsibilities:
Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
Document services accurately and timely
Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Active
California PT license
(or ability to obtain)
Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
Adaptability and commitment to high-quality patient care
