Responsibilities
Architect and implement enterprise‑wide technology strategies for manufacturing that are not only aligned with our aggressive business goals but also anticipate future market demands.

Who You Are You are a seasoned technology leader with a profound understanding of enterprise architecture principles and a demonstrated ability to drive significant change. Your expertise extends beyond theoretical knowledge; you have a hands‑on track record of implementing complex, large‑scale solutions, particularly within the dynamic manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
10+ years of experience including:
Proven Leadership: Extensive, verifiable experience in senior enterprise architecture leadership roles, with a clear history of successfully orchestrating and delivering technology transformations that yielded tangible business benefits.
Architectural Authority: Deep expertise in architecture principles, leading frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), and methodologies, coupled with practical experience in their application.
Exceptional Communicator: Superior communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to executive leadership.
Strategic Acumen: A natural strategic thinker, adept at translating ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable, and innovative technology solutions.
Manufacturing Domain Expert: In‑depth, hands‑on experience with manufacturing industry‑specific technologies, processes, and challenges (e.g., MES, SCADA, IoT for manufacturing, supply chain integration).
Cloud Native Visionary: Significant experience with cloud architecture, particularly with leading platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), demonstrating an understanding of scalable, resilient, and cost‑effective cloud solutions.
