Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a Systems Architect in New York, NY.
Description
Plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of various technologies. Responsibilities include: Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages, and triggers Develop batch application using .NET and Oracle Plan and design the architecture of solution environments Communicate software requirements to application development teams Develop software with modern web development frameworks
The consultant will adhere to application development standards, including project management methodology, SDLC, Enterprise Architecture standards, and IT governance processes. Mandatory Qualifications
Candidate must provide architectural guidance to large teams, have extensive industry experience, and be among the top of their field. Required experience includes: 84 months of experience developing and maintaining software for Workers Compensation insurance processes, including implementation of proof of coverage following IAIABC guidelines. 84 months of experience in billing and collections software solutions, accounts receivable management, and regulatory compliance. 84 months of experience in policy premium calculation and renewals for Workers' Compensation Insurance in New York State. 84 months experience in Oracle development using PL/SQL (triggers, functions, procedures, packages, views, cursors, file processing, advanced query optimization) for State Workers Compensation industry. 84 months experience as a .NET application developer (TFS, Visual Studio 2019 or newer), designing, developing and maintaining high-performance scalable applications. 84 months experience developing web applications with JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSLT, HTML, and AJAX, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance. 48 months with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas).
