Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

mission-critical buildouts .
At the heart of this position is your ability to manage
complete data center delivery , beyond the core and shell. From MEP integration to final commissioning, you’ll be the driving force that ensures each facility meets exacting technical and performance standards.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all phases of data center construction from design coordination through IST and turnover
Lead budgeting, scheduling, and procurement to ensure financial and operational success
Coordinate trade partners, consultants, and third-party vendors across highly technical scopes
Ensure seamless MEP systems execution including power, cooling, and controls
Manage documentation, quality control, and client-facing communications throughout the project
What You Bring:
7+ years of experience in construction project management, with a track record in mission-critical environments
Demonstrated success in
full interior buildouts
and
commissioning oversight
Deep working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, CRAC units, switchgear, BMS)
Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills using tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or P6
Based in Chicagoland or open to relocation for a long-term role
