60k base salary ($150,000 – $170,000 OTE)

This role is ideal for a proven sales "hunter" who thrives on generating new business and closing deals in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B sales through cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, and lead generation techniques.
Develop and execute strategic plans to identify new markets and opportunities within the Front Range territory.
Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored sales presentations to decision-makers.
Create customized proposals, manage the full sales cycle, and close deals effectively.
Attend weekly sales and company meetings at the Denver office.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and communicate regularly with clients.
Collaborate with the inside sales team to follow up on warm leads and appointments.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience in new business development and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Strong background in B2B service sales (not product-based).
High level of self-motivation, independence, and initiative.
Strong cold calling and in-person prospecting skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency with email, Microsoft Word, and CRM software.
Valid Driver’s License (required).
