Assist in managing daily clinical operations and nursing services Supervise, train, and support nursing staff with a hands-on leadership style Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation Participate in care planning, quality improvement, and risk management programs Help drive staff engagement, retention, and performance Step in for DON when needed to ensure seamless leadership continuity What You Bring
Active RN license in VA — Required 2+ years of nursing leadership in long-term care / SNF Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations Ability to lead with compassion, confidence, and clear communication Organizational skills to juggle priorities and stay ahead of issues A passion for resident-centered care and team development What We Offer
