As a Member Contact Center Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, providing exceptional service and support to our members.
What You’ll Do
Assist members with their accounts via phone, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing top‑notch service.
Handle loan support tasks, from payment processing to balance inquiries, ensuring members have all the information they need.
Cross‑sell Apple FCU products and services, helping members achieve their financial goals.
Maintain and update member records with precision, ensuring accuracy and thorough follow‑up.
Protect member information by following strict identity verification processes and staying vigilant against phishing attempts.
Research and investigate member inquiries, striving for first‑contact resolution each time.
Assist in training new team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
What You Bring
At least one year in a financial institution or contact center, with a background in teller, lending, sales, or customer service preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to multi‑task and pay attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Windows, and Teams, and comfortable working on multiple screens.
Physical stamina: capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and using standard office equipment.
