Our Challenge We are seeking an experienced Lead C# .NET Developer to design, develop and deploy scalable banking applications in the cloud. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in C#/.NET, Azure services and has a proven track record of leading development teams and delivering secure, compliant solutions.

Base Salary The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. For example, the role filled within Dallas, TX is $120k – $130k per year, plus benefits.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise‑grade banking applications using C# and .NET technologies.

Architect and implement solutions leveraging Azure cloud services such as Azure App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and related tools.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high‑quality code, best practices, and code reviews.

Ensure applications comply with banking regulations, security standards, and data privacy policies.

Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure cloud‑based solutions, including APIs, microservices, and integrations with core banking systems.

Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize systems for efficiency.

Stay abreast of the latest technological advances in cloud computing, C#/.NET frameworks, and banking industry trends.

Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies.

Document system architecture, technical specifications, and procedural workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of hands‑on experience developing enterprise applications using C# and .NET technologies.

Proven experience leading development teams and managing full project lifecycles.

Strong expertise in Azure cloud platform, including services like Azure Functions, App Services, SQL Database, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, and Azure DevOps.

Experience working within the banking or financial services domain, understanding core banking processes, payment systems, and relevant regulatory standards.

Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and service‑oriented architecture (SOA).

Knowledge of security protocols, identity management, encryption, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).

Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated testing.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred (but not required)

Certifications in Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Developer Associate).

Experience with enterprise integration frameworks and banking software platforms.

Familiarity with Agile methodology and DevSecOps culture.

Prior experience in financial regulatory compliance implementations.
