Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Concord, CA
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a K‑12 school setting. The role focuses on delivering quality speech therapy assistance within the school environment, contributing to the communication development and success of students.

3 days per week, 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed Speech‑Language Pathologists with the implementation of individualized speech therapy plans.
Work directly with students to support articulation, language, fluency, and voice goals.
Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies.
Collaborate with educators, therapists, and parents to ensure continuity of care and effective communication strategies.
Prepare materials and activities tailored to student needs under the supervision of the Speech‑Language Pathologist.
Qualifications
Current experience or training as a Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant, preferably in a school environment.
Strong understanding of communication disorders and therapy techniques applicable to K‑12 students.
Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Commitment to supporting student growth and maintaining confidentiality.
