Our client is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the development and implementation of process improvements and manufacturing processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in the fiberglass or composites industry

Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer

Experience with process simulation software (e.g., ASPEN, COMSOL) and programming languages (e.g., Python, VBA)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
