GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and certified Oncology Data Specialists (ODS) to join our Cancer Registry Team. Whether you prefer full‑or part‑time work (minimum 20 hours per week), this is a remote opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing
Abstracting & Case Finding: Identify and follow up on newly diagnosed cancer cases.
Data Reporting: Ensure all identified cases are accurately reported.
Review & Analysis: Regularly review pathology reports, diagnostic logs, and treatment logs.
Data Abstracting: Analyze, abstract, and code assigned cases, making sure everything aligns with facility procedures.
Requirements
Certified ODS, in good standing with NCRA.
At least 3 years of experience in ODS or Cancer Registry.
Proficient with oncology registry software database; preferred experience with Meditech Expanse EMR.
Preferred: CoC, NAPBC accreditation, and State/FCDS Abstractor Code; VA experience is a plus.
Must be US‑based.
