The Healthcare Construction Project Manager provides senior-level leadership to each project team and ensures accomplishment of overall project objectives, including training and development of staff, defining objectives and success strategies for projects, implementing project controls, maintaining and enhancing client relationships, and contributing to marketing and sales planning. Responsibilities

Establish profitability goals and strategies; manage internal costs to ensure profitability. Manage and administer owner contracts, ensuring daily risk identification and management. Maintain and improve relationships with existing clients. Participate in marketing efforts and group sales strategies to develop new business and assist in pursuit efforts, including presentations. Oversee setup and administration of business plans, estimate adjustments, cost control, and reporting. Prepare and submit monthly status reports and cost projections; review for accuracy in coding and invoice processing. Ensure regular progress meetings to identify and track action items and deliverables. Assist with pre‑qualification of bidders, develop RFP/RFQ responses, and assist owners in selecting appropriate delivery methods. Oversee the change‑management process; assist owners with design changes; review change orders before submission. Oversee projects through closeout, maintaining schedules, milestones, submittals, RFIs, and reporting to owners. Assist with cost estimate development and review; ensure estimates prepared at appropriate design stages. Develop industry relationships and expand professional networks for future sales. Oversee assistant project managers and provide training for field staff. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). 7–10 years of extensive project management experience in large, complex facility construction and on‑site management of new construction and renovation, with 3–10 years of healthcare construction experience. AHCA experience (preferred). Advanced knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and procurement principles for managing construction projects. Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software (Suretrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO, or equivalent). Certified Construction Manager (CCM) (preferred). AGC/ABC membership, LEED AP, OSHA 10‑Hour, and Design‑Build Institute of America (helpful). Valid driver’s license. Physical Demands and Working Environment
