We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team in New Jersey. In this role, you will play a key part in the preconstruction phase by analyzing project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting bidding processes for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction/flooring estimating, familiarity with New Jersey's building codes and regulations, and the ability to collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Proficiency in estimating software (Togal, Build Connected, Plan Hub, RFMS Measure are a plus) and Microsoft Excel. Understanding of construction methods, materials and cost control principles. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects. Company Description
