Job Summary
The Executive Events Coordinator position will assist the events team with large and small events taking place within our Executive Briefing Center and assist with welcoming and catering to attendees and company partners. The Coordinator will file/order supplies, recommend, propose, and negotiate with others to ensure efficient processes are being conducted for meeting planning. Role Description
Logistics for all events including Travel, Lodging, Meeting Location/s, Catering and reservations, Offsite Activities, Transportation, Assisting with guest arrival, Speaker coordination, Scheduling of DCF, AI Labs, EIC and CIC tours, Customer gifts Meet and greet with company employees, customers, and partners throughout events Anticipate and meet customer needs while meetings are being conducted on-site Coordinate with marketing teams in planning larger events for customers, Summits and Huddles Answer questions from users and attendees about events Provide hands on customer service at assigned Summit/Huddles duties which could include travel desk, catering orders, breakout session, bus logistics or luggage storage at the EBC Maintain Master Tracking Report including but not limited to Expenses, Attendees, Presenters and Assist with ROI Review on smaller meetings Cover Executive Briefing Center Receptionist as needed Requires being “on call” on Sundays for Monday events Expected to maintain a business professional attire Behaviors and Competencies

Customer Service: Can provide responsive and courteous assistance to customers. Initiative: Can demonstrate a willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities when assigned. Ability to multitask – effectively balance short-term and long-term priorities - Basic Excellent follow-up skills with ability to own assigned workload/project to completion - Basic Ability to analyze multiple market factors to both anticipate/identify system, partner, and/or market behaviors and recommend appropriate solution - Basic Ability to work independently or as part of a team environment - Basic Creative thinker with the ability to assist in generating ideas or solutions - Basic Knowledge of or ability to understand the use of social media in a B2B context - Basic Prior marketing experience a plus - Basic Other Requirements
Completed High School Diploma 1 year of experience in event management or coordination Experience with MS Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred Experience with content creation and/or collaborating on marketing assets preferred Positive attitude and friendly demeanor Travel may be required up to 10-20% Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Extended hours may be required to complete certain special projects, including but not limited to nights & weekends, on occasion The estimated annual pay range for this position is $43,000 - $48,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
