Ability to utilize CRM system (Hubspot, Salesforce, Etc)
Experience cold-calling, pipeline building and selling in to construction related industry
Background in business development

Commercial Roofing Sales Representative
to join our team. This position is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with a strong “hunter” mentality—someone who thrives on identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and closing high-value deals.
Candidates with experience in adjacent commercial trades such as HVAC, Flooring, MEP, Fire Protection, and similar industries are encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity to transition into a growing sector while leveraging existing client relationships.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, facility managers, and other key decision-makers.
Conduct on-site inspections to assess roofing needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Prepare and present customized proposals, bids, and contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Maintain accurate records of leads and activities using CRM software.
