Build relationships with customers and engage them via multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually to provide counsel with a digital-first mindset. Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, and demonstrate and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services. Recommend solutions based on each customer’s goals and needs; maintain proactive outreach and follow-up to understand financial needs and channel preferences. Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to meet financial needs; leverage resources and technologies to optimize the client experience with operational excellence and accuracy. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. The required registration process includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any NMLS requirements may result in a rescission of an offer or termination of employment. Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Typically has a minimum of one to two years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training Preferred Skills/Experience
