(located at 35 Finn Rd., Henrietta, NY 14467) is hiring a Full‑time Medical Director Veterinarian to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to cats, dogs, and exotic animals. The position focuses on a patient load; you will spend 10‑15% of your time on leadership duties and the remainder on clinical care.
What to Expect Base salary:
$145,000 – $155,000 annually, with a pro‑sal incentive of 22% and potential earnings over $200,000 for high performers.
Sign‑on bonus:
$50,000.
Medical Director stipend:
included.
Location:
35 Finn Rd., Henrietta, NY 14467.
Schedule:
Our urgent‑care model is appointment‑based; you will not be required to stay after scheduled shifts, providing better work‑life balance.

2:1 staff‑to‑doctor ratio with 13 licensed technicians, 4 veterinary assistants, and 7 CSRs.

Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) from an accredited institution.
Valid veterinary license in the state of New York.
