Senior EWM Architect Tata Consultancy Services
Senior Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM) Architect role focused on SAP EWM implementation and integration with enterprise systems. Job Responsibilities Discuss business requirements with Business Process Owners, IT users, Key Users and provide SAP system solutions aligned with SAP standard solutions. Implement procedures and standards to improve operational efficiency. Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, configure system, conduct unit and SIT testing, and manage pre? and post?go?live activities to ensure smooth system transitions and optimized operations. Lead end?to?end business process flow design, applying AGILE development methodology. Conduct workshops, presentations, mentoring, user training, cross?functional facilitation, and global project template design. Manage project activities: scope, time, risk, reporting, stakeholder, cost, procurement, and sprint planning. Provide ad?hoc training and user support to equip end?users to operate SAP EWM effectively. Plan cutover and data migration meticulously. Review workshop contents and provide point?of?view on key design decisions. Lead by example EWM functional team.
Qualifications
Core EWM experience receiving, shipping, warehouse operations, handheld devices. Strong experience with CIF, DRF, QRFC, PPF, and EWM RF framework. Hands?on integration experience: ECC to EWM, WCS/MFS to EWM, S/4HANA EWM decentralized, S/4 TMS to S/4 EWM. Knowledge of labor management and material flow system. Ability to plan, anchor, and present SAP best?practice Fit?to?Standard workshops. ABAP knowledge for validating technical documentation. Exposure to interfacing with non?SAP systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Leadership ability for onsite and offshore teams.
