Responsibilities
Maximize company asset value through reserve and production growth.
Perform technical evaluation of prospects and producing properties.
Analyze project economics, well and reservoir surveillance functions, and SEC reserve evaluation.
Conduct pressure and rate transient analysis, fracture optimization, decline curve analysis, nodal analysis, and material balance calculations.
Develop well and reservoir models, conduct EOR studies, and perform economic analysis.
Provide operational and stimulation knowledge where applicable.
Present findings to senior management.
Requirements
BS in Engineering, preferably Petroleum Engineering.
9+ years of reservoir engineering experience in the oil & gas industry.
Advanced degree in Petroleum Engineering considered for less experience.
Strong technical background in decline curve analysis, material balance, volumetrics, EOR studies, pressure transient analysis, nodal analysis, etc.
Good understanding of geology and petrophysical analysis skills.
Knowledge of reservoir simulation helpful.
Proficient with commercial oil and gas economics software; experience with Aires for Windows preferred.
Ability to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
Excellent presentation, communication, and technical writing skills.
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with multi‑functional teams.
Self‑motivated with strong project prioritization capabilities.
