What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies, optimizing growth potential
Influence agents to quote and sell the employer's products, executing a sales strategy for market share growth
Conduct agency diagnostics and develop strategic plans to identify opportunities and challenges
Maintain strong communication with agency assignments, driving results through regular contact and effective collaboration
Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall sales objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of three years of sales experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Solid knowledge of Personal Insurance products
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with adept interpersonal abilities to work with internal and external customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Three years of professional and influential work experience in a related field
Industry experience is preferred but not required
Ability to analyze, diagnose, and influence agency behavior
Capability to multitask and drive results with a large span of control
Quick learner of new programs and systems
