Responsibilities
TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand‑in‑hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful & interactive connections around the globe.
Deliver business growth and revenue goals
Lead and participate in different projects to drive the business growth
Do business coaching for partners around the TikTok LIVE business
Leverage the dashboard and insights to diagnose business performance for partners
Align partnership operation strategies with partners and coach them on business operations around creator recruitment and incubation
Align business goals with partners and set project timelines
Identify ownership internally in the team and externally in the partners to follow projects and achieve good results
Hold regular in‑person and online meetings with partners to drive B2B conversion
Handle tasks on internal systems to drive progress
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree
2+ years of experience around the internet creator economy, such as content, advertisement, e‑commerce, brand sponsorship, music, gaming, live streaming, etc.
2+ years of experience in sales, BD, or other business result driven roles
Experience in partnership management (agency management, channel partner management, reseller management, etc.)
Good teamwork spirit, clear logic, priority awareness, passion and a sense of responsibility
Good data interpretation and logical capability, exploratory, and self‑motivated
Preferred Qualifications
Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
Creative mindset and thought process focused on driving business parameters forward
Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends

Job Information Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83,600 – $143,556 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
