Overview Seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Copilot Administrator & Trainer to lead the global rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot across a 5000+ user base. This role involves administration, user training, AI agent development, and adoption support in collaboration with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and configure Microsoft 365 Copilot features, ensuring compliance and performance.
Conduct training sessions (virtual & onsite), create user guides, and support Copilot adoption.
Assist in developing and deploying Copilot-powered AI agents for business use cases.
Manage Copilot-compatible apps, ensuring governance and compliance.
Lead Copilot Community engagement, promoting collaboration and best practices.
Core Skills
Strong experience in Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI productivity tools.
Expertise in technical training, communication, and user enablement.
Familiar with governance, compliance and change management.
Independent, collaborative, and proactive working style.
Preferred
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Background in UX design or enterprise rollouts.
