The Opportunity As a Microsoft Alliance Sales Executive (MSFT SE), you will be part of EY’s largest alliance and one of our fastest‑growing partnerships. You will drive new business, manage the alliance partner pipeline, and sell across three channels: clients, the MSFT field teams, and EY account teams. You will focus on the overall alliance sales strategy and on delivering Microsoft‑powered EY solutions to Consumer Products & Retail industry clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead alliance sales activity and deliver on defined sales and pipeline targets.
Build relationships with top priority clients for joint alliance pursuits and drive market sales.
Be a subject‑matter expert on the alliance program, MSFT‑powered transformations, and solutions, and on the joint EY‑MSFT value proposition.
Develop and maintain relevant alliance partner relationships, working with MSFT channel teams on sales and GTM motions.
Lead independent pursuits through the qualification phase and maintain a strong focus on external selling.
Engage with MSFT, your client(s), and EY account and industry leadership teams.

Qualifications
12‑15+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience in professional services, solutions, and technology.
Direct and Microsoft channel sales experience.
Experience selling enterprise solutions to Consumer Products and Retail clients.
Services sales experience at a Big‑4 firm or other GSI.
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure, Data & AI, Cyber, Power Platforms).
Expert client‑management, strong executive presence, and authority‑less influencing skills.
Deep understanding of EY’s Alliances, products, and services.
Solid grasp of market/industry insights and target account profiles.
Strong conflict‑resolution skills.
Bachelor’s degree.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Technical IT background or delivery management leadership.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Team‑selling experience.
Willingness to travel.

Comprehensive compensation: base salary $221,410–$280,070 plus incentive program. In key markets, ranges adjust accordingly.
